XPS studio 8100 win 7 install fail

Dear, I am trying to reinstall win 7 on my Dell XPS Studio desktop completely from the beginning, I have formated whole disk, the desktop with MFG date: 063010, but it keeps showing error 0x80070570 at around 20% of installation, even if I turn of BIOS from RAID to ATA, the BIOS is newest A05, I am still having this problem, it doesn't work also with new HDD, could you please advice how to solve this problem? or can I get a copy image of WIN 7 for my computer?

You are likely using old Windows 7 Installation Media which doesn't have the storage controllers required... Try to use either Windows 10 Version 1709 Installation Media (the easiest installation media to obtain, this installation media will accept your Windows 7 Product Key printed on your COA):

Instructions are given in the link above for Windows 7 but as Windows 7 has Reached End of Mainstream Support obtaining installation media is slightly more difficult (particularly for a non-Pro license).

Note this system has a Legacy BIOS so when making the Windows 10 or Windows 7 Bootable USB use the MBR partition scheme and NTFS.
