U2518D, screen tearing at most resolutions and refresh rates

* What is the other Dell monitor?
* Do you have the latest Nvidia driver installed?
* What is the 20 digit S/N and A0x revision?
* If DDM (Dell Display Manager) was installed, remove it, reboot the computer and retest
* Are you currently testing using the DP to mDP that shipped with the U2518D?
* Have you tested a retail DP to DP cable?

* Reset the U2518D using its Menu- Others- Factory Reset
- What is the Firmware shown on that page?

When using the non-HDR Windows desktop or any other non-HDR content, HDR should be Off in both the U2518D Menu and in the Windows 10 Display settings =
* Change the monitor OSD -Display -Smart HDR to Off
* Right click on Windows 10 Display Settings
* Switch HDR and advanced colors to Off

When using a HDR Game or Movie, HDR should be On in both the U2518D Menu and in the Windows 10 Display settings =
* Change the monitor OSD -Display -Smart HDR to On
* Right click on Windows 10 Display Settings
* Switch HDR and advanced colors to On

* Test the following Menu- Display configurations =
- Windows 10 Display settings HDR and advanced colors Off, Monitor Menu Smart HDR Off, Response Time Fast
- Windows 10 Display settings HDR and advanced colors Off, Monitor Menu Smart HDR Off, Response Time Normal
- Windows 10 Display settings HDR and advanced colors On, Monitor Menu Smart HDR On, Response Time Fast
- Windows 10 Display settings HDR and advanced colors On, Monitor Menu Smart HDR On, Response Time Normal

I had problems logging in previously so I'm a bit slow on my update. In my near never ending attempts and getting the screen tearing issue fixed I had found that Windows (not nvidia tools) had the clock rate at 61Hz and not 60. Upon adjust it down to 60 I am no longer seeing the huge screen tear every about 30 seconds!

For other users, post a picture showing where Windows had it set to 61Hz.
