SupportAssist says my warranty has expired
I have a Dell XPS 15 9560 with Windows 10. When I open SupportAssist it says that my Service Plan has expired in a red banner at the top of the SupportAssist window. It says that it expired on April 11, 2021. Now unless we're in a time warp it's still 2018. Of course it says I should extend my warranty. BTW, April 11, 2021 is the date my warranty actually expires.
Anyone else seeing this in SupportAssist??
Thanks.

Check the date and time on the system. If they're set to the future, this can happen.

Have you called Dell about this issue? I did but don't think the guy understood what I was trying to tell him. I suppose it's a bug in SupportAssist.

I had an issue before that made me feel SupportAssist is not reliable when it comes to updates and warranty information. When the website says there is update for my model, SA often not showing anything after checking. Either the website or SA would say my warranty expired when I have it until 2020. Sometimes SA display it correct and website is wrong, but most of the time is vice versa, SA is wrong and website is correct. Also, call in to check with the warranty department, they may see different information. You need to confirm and correct with them.

Same here. Date is set right. Dell SupportAssist shows my service plan has expired even though my laptop has 1 year warranty(verified on dell account). Is it because of some software issue?

Same here, my support assist expired after 12 months even though I had a 3 year warranty from Incredible Connection when I purchased in South Africa but Incredible say that support assist is a different thing to Warranty, bit of a play on words if you ask me, highly confusing .
