Inspiron One 2320 Upgraded to Windows 10 need drivers

Hi folks!

I upgraded a Inspiron One 2320 to Windows Ten for a friend and the driver for the TSST DVD (TS L633J)  and the  card reader are now errored out and not  recognizing the devices.  Dialogue states signature is incorrect. I cannot seem to find a place to download these drivers or is it a combo Driver? The Dell site is not helping me even though it recognized the Service tag and the express code of the unit.  I cannot find the driver listed

Please Help

Try deleting the error-ed devices (all at once) . Also delete everything in Portable Devices and all CD/DVD drives.

... and then reboot. They should all then re-Plug-and-Play Detect.

Pretty sure you only need Windows-10 64bit drivers (from Windows Update).

Hi again!

Tried what was suggested.  No help.  I was able to get the card reader working by using the iOBIT driver Booster 5.  So here are my thoughts on the DVD.  there seems to be another driver that is called on and that is the driver that isn't digitally signed.  Both drivers appear in the properties with the Roxio PXhelp designation being the one that is not digitally signed.  I uninstalled Roxio but it did not solve the problem.  Does anyone know how to disassociate this driver from the standard DVD driver that should be alone?

Thank you for any help that you can give me

Unfortunately that model is not supported for windows 10. There will not be any Dell win 10 drivers for it. Reinstall the previous OS. Your friend should consider replacing it with a newer model.

No, no Roxio software or drivers are required for DVD-drive to work.

However, if you did an "in-place install" or over-lay upgrade ...

Windows-10 can not detect every old pre-installed INCOMPATIBLE program/app/driver ... at install-time.

Have you tried turning Secure Boot off in BIOS setup?
