Dell Poweredge FC630 cannot power on
Hi all,
Good day to you. I have some problems with FC630 server that installed with FX2s chassis.
Once we have powered off then we cannot power on again. Unfortunately we don't have CMC for that.
So this may be hardware failure or do we need to shutdown whole chassis? The noise is too loud but the resources from VMware does not show over-commit.

Ye Myat,
Would you clarify what you mean by not having a CMC, did you mean you don't have CMC access? I ask as the CMC is required for startup. Also, are you seeing any amber lights or errors when trying to start, as well as if you are able to get it to start at all? If so I would also look at making sure the enclosure and the FC630 are also current on all their updates.

Hi Chris,
Yes. We don't have CMC access because of forgetting password.
Currently the problems have been solved by removing CMC module and added back.Now we are making RMA for that.
