XPS 13-9359 keyboard bending, touch-pad popping up

I bought an XPS 13 (9359) in 2016 June . For few months  now in 2018 ” from May ” until now I just realized all main typing keyboard just start bending (deforming), touch pad start popping up, space bar not working anymore. And getting worse and worse every time.  Loos like its deforming.  Alphabetic key pad banding (deforming) inside and right edge side few keyboard keys are deforming upwards.  Checked the bottom and keyboard all the time and the unit it not getting hot at all, just start deforming and deforming. I’m using this laptop sometime in the morning or evening max 1 hour.  I don’t think this should happen. I own another 2 HP laptops for more than 1o years and still are operational and no structural deformation or damage.image1.jpegimage2.jpeg

That sounds like the battery is swelling. Have you opened up the computer to see if the battery is showing signs of swelling? If so then remove the battery immediately and purchase a new battery. If the battery is the cause, that is a safety hazard and the battery must be removed and properly discarded. I cannot stress this strongly enough. Remove the battery now.

I have now just seen the pictures you posted earlier and there is no doubt that the battery is defective and swelled. As I stated earlier, pull out that battery as quickly as possible.
