XPS 13 9360 reboots immediately after shutdown
Hey,
I have a known problem with my XPS 13 9360: It always reboots immediately after shutdown. I try several things found here (https://www.dell.com/community/Laptops-General-Read-Only/dell-xps-13-immediately-restarts-after-shut-down/m-p/4777364), e. g.
- Updating the BIOS
- disable 'Wake on Dell USB-C Dock'
- Update driver
As I use Ubuntu I also tried make changes in the GRUB-file (GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT).
But non of the things mentioned abouth help solving the issue.
Does anyone have a solution?
Thanks
JOcean

It's a known problem and has been for some time. Some of the Dell techs recommended going back to BIOS version 2.1.0. Also a number of users had success when they called tech support and the tech walked then through a series of certain driver installations.
