Connectivity on GigE cards on DMX-3

I have a GigE cards on DMX-3.Do they support single mode or multi-mode Fibre connectivity?

On DMX-3,One port has SRDF/S was setup.Can i use the second port for SRDF/A? or Do i need to add additional physical card.

Any suggestions?

GigE supports multimode. As for SRDF/S on one port you can put SDRF/A on a second port and would not need to add any additional physical cards.

SRDF/S and SRDF/A can be on the same director, they just need to be on a different processor. For example, you can have SRDF/S on RE10c and SRDF/A on RE10d but you would not want to put SRSD/S and SRDF/A both on RE10d.
