Hello All,
The Symmetrix Customer generator is no longer available as a standalone generator in the Support portal. All Generators are now moved to Solve desktop. This is available to download via EMC Online Support.

The SolVe Desktop tool replaces the Interactive Procedure Generators (IPG). The tool will not only provide procedures for common tasks, it will also perform technical reviews by comparing the proposed engagement against known issues using built-in rules. It automatically provides relevant alerts from the EMC knowledgebase, and FCOs, based on your engagement. Note: The executable date does not reflect the version of the Generators
