Yes... SQL backup was part of NW fast bundle if I remember correctly.

Run the command "nsrlic -v" and see if it lists anything line "NetWorker Module for SQL" or "NetWorker Module for Microsoft" to confirm if you do have any free license for the SQL online backups.
