The best way (at the moment) for an AppSync enhancement request to be submitted by a customer is to open an SR, and support will then open an enhancement bug with engineering. Since enhancements have to be reviewed and prioritized, the SR will be closed as the enhancement process can take a while before it appears in the product (assuming it is accepted).
Other EMC products may have a different enhancement path...but for AppSync, this is the best way.

Is this person still the correct contact for AppSync? I'd like to suggest some RFE's.

You may want to contact Bindu Tuli, since she took over for Anand for AppSync as the PM.
