EMC SAN stuck in service mode

I am having an issue with my SAN being stuck in service mode(through the GUI) . The problem started when I placed storage proccesor A in service mode but it would not complete the action and was stuck(I waited 40+ minutes for the action to complete). I then preceded to Hyper terminal into it which said the storage processor was in service mode but no other actions could be made. You can not execute any other actions through the GUI because it will say the storage processor is busy. I next tried closing out the GUI and reopening it but that only locked me out of the GUI entirely. My next action was to reinitialize the SAN via the button between the arrows on the back of the SAN. It sucessfull went through the action but once rebooted it would only take service crdentials and once loved in would only say that the storage processors are in service mode. Does anyone have a fix action for this?
