ECC Server not starting because of internal password error.

in the ecc/lockbox folder, there should be a repository.LB file.
this should be 3k in size, if it is zero, grab the one from the backup folder and bounce the ecc repoistory service( or bounce the box). if this does not work, we would need to see the ecc server, alertramdbd log and the console traces. So best bet would be to open an sr for ecc, if replacing the repository.lb file does not work
