Working link download for VNX for File Simulator?
Can anyone give me working download link for VNX for File Simulator?
I have this one: https://developer-content.emc.com/downloads/vnx/vnx_sim.htm but it is not working for me. When I click that 'I Agree with the terms and conditions in the Agreement'->Continue, it give's me 'An exception occurred during your download request'. Solution for this? Tip: I'm logged in.

I know it is not good to restart an old thread but did you happen to find the working link for this? I am also getting the same error.

just go to support.emc.com and you will find a working link there
deep links go stale when a newer versions is posted

Is 8.1.8 the latest? The EMC developer site is twenty kinds of busted and the only things that work for me are the deep links above. =(

I'm checking it out now. How closely does this simulate a physical VNX? I'm interested in using it mainly as a learning platform so I'm hoping for something that simulates disks and shelves (similar to how the NetApp sim works).

8.1.8 is the latest. I don't expect a newer verion. Did you take a look at the Unity VSA community edition?
