Hi ,
the correct order to dicsonnect a DAE (last on bus):
1. delete LUNs from Storagepool or migrate to other pool.
2. destroy Storagepool
3. disconnect DAE
4. If DAE is indicated as faulted (removed) powercycle the array.
Be sure that all Disks on the DAE are unbound before disconnecting .
Try to re-attach the DAE and follow the points above. Destroying a Pool can be a timeconsumption operation.

You probably have to contact EMC support via a service request and have support clear it

Bit of a long-shot, but I'd try restarting the management servers and then restarting each SP.

You probably need to contact EMC support.
You still can try the following CLI on the addressed Pool/LUNs... Could be helpful!
1) naviseccli -User admin -Scope 0 -h SPA storagepool lun -destroy -name lunName
2) naviseccli -User admin -Scope 0 -h SPA storagepool -destroy -name poolName
Restart the management servers.

Click on Restart Management Server (one at a time)
