Client not able to change daily backup time

First, let me say that I am on the NMCI (Navy Marine Corps Intranet) network.  We have a client who has just received EMC Avamar to do backups of his data.  Using the instructions provided by our IT people, I was able to assist the client in creating his initial full backup.  However, we wanted to schedule his daily backups for 1:00am rather than 10:00am which is what it is defaulting to.  The instructions said to use the drop down next to "Next backup time" to get the time control.  The time control does not show up.  We also noticed that it does not allow him to specify the folders to be backed up.  It defaults to C:\USERS and we are not able to change that either.  Since this is new software to me, I don't know where to look to fix this, but someone suggested it may have something to do with permissions.  Just as a test, I logged in as myself on the same laptop, and the behavior was exactly the same, so I don't think it's a local profile issue.  Any help you can provide this Newbie would be greatly appreciated.

I would recommend that you keep exploring all the tabs and drop downs.  It's gotta be there somewhere.

In my environment it is not possible to configure the schedule (the time the backup happens) or the dataset (the file paths that are backed up) from the client machine.  I login to the Avamar Server to configure schedule and dataset.

Did you IT Team help you with the problem yet tjdavid?
