Add DPA to ESRS
Hi Guy,
Is anyone has experience adding DPA into ESRS? I've managed to register DPA to ESRS gateway but it still showing offline. So i figured out maybe i did something wrong (wrong username/password) during registration of DPA.Now i would like to deregister the DPA and register again.
This is what I get
D:\Program Files\EMC\DPA\services\bin>dpa app support -d xxx.xx.xx.xx

Hi Iman2011,
Need more details about your DPA environment.
What is the version of DPA and ESRS.
Have you installed ESRS-VE ?
What type of DPA Licences you have in your DPA?
i.e .wls or .clp ?
To check dpa version please go to DPA APP server and open a command prompt as administrator.
Go to DPA App server installtion directory and run <D:\Program Files\EMC\DPA\services\bin>dpa app ver
Provide DPA APP server version , build and patch levle with DPA server licences details and ESRS version details.

Hi Syed,
I'm currently running on
ESRS Ver 3.16.00.08
DPA Ver 6.2.3.100099 patch 452
License *.lic
we can see DPA in the ESRS but it is offline. seems that it unable to communicate with DPA port (9002/9004)
