Static sound when using narrator

Question

Very often I got this static sound when I use Narrator to read contents from the screen, I updated the bios but didn’t work, it seems quite persistent. But it only happens when using Narrator and affects no other audio output. is this something wrong with the speakers? How can I fix it? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello, I suggest you right click on the start button in the lower left corner, select Device Manager, find the game and sound, right click on the option in the uninstall, restart the computer will automatically load the driver, see if the problem is solved.
