Connecting issue with bluetooth speaker

Hi!

I am facing problem while connecting my Vostro 3446 with bluetooth speaker. The laptop fails to recognize the devise. This issue has emerged just after I did some dell update (as suggested by Dell) 3 days back.

Kindly help me to resolve the issue.

Thanks for posting. Apologies that your system is not performing as expected.

Please run Dell SupportAssist to check for hardware issues. Make a note of any error mesages encountered. If there are none, then it could indicate a driver or a software issue.
