Dell G3 Bluetooth and USB issues

Hi guys, I'll get straight to the point. I have a very weird issue with my Dell G3. Basically I use is to power up an external display via the HDMI cable so I have an external USB keyboard and mouse connected. They all work fine when connected together. When I connect a bluetooth speaker to the G3, it connects and pairs up fine, as soon as any sound starts playing (from any source) the keyboard freaks out and reinitialises itself and it doesn't work after. The only way to get it to work again is to plug it in and out. I've tried several keyboards, installed new Intel bluetooth drivers etc the issue persists. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this? Any assistance would be appreciated.

I facing such an issue. I've been getting accessing wifi and Bluetooth. I think my wifi adapter has some fault. Now an external wifi adapter that I can plug on a USB port can help me out. Please suggest me one such good PCI card.

Hi mandy48,

Thanks for posting.  Apologies that your system is not performing as expected.

Have you been able to run a systems diagnostics yet?  Please run Dell SupportAssist, make a note of any error messages found and post back.  If there are none, then the issue may be either software or driver related.

Here is information from the Dell knowledge base you may find helpful:
