G7 17 Backlight Colors

i have downloaded a few different versions of ACC and nothing for the keyboard is under FUSION??

has anyone else had this problem? i would really like to change my keyboard color to something different.

I do have the same problem. from sometime now my Dell G7 17 7790 RGB Backlight is not changing color it stuck with color light blue/ White. I can also see when I start my laptop it changes to all sort of color ( It means that my keyboard can change to different type of color and is working perfectly).

I know that you can't change it on the Alienware Command Center because I've tried it when it still working. but sometime now it doesn't change even thou I've already change it ACC

I've already check other solutions but it doesn't work.

• In the BIOS of my laptop, there's no Keyboard Illumination Option (or any other keyboard backlight setting)
• I've already tried to install the latest version of the BIOS and ACC (I also tried to uninstall the ACC completely and installed it back again)

I hope there someone who could tell us the solution for it because  is for about months now. thank you.
