7285 completely freezes. No BSOD or errors recorded.
I bought a 2nd hand, but pristine condition 7285, have completely updated all drivers from the dell website, and completely updated Windows 10 professional.
However it won't stop freezing up. Anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes after starting Windows, and no matter what I am doing on it, it just freezes completely The keyboard backlight still comes on when touched, but the tablet is completely frozen until holding the power button to restart.
It seems to be reliable if I delete the graphics driver, but Windows soon downloads another and the problem starts again. Getting a bit desperate here.

So, I'd like to say that the HDR Video stream toggle had an effect, but I don't really think it did. I've had a couple of additional freezes in the last couple of days.

I've somehow been running for 24+ hours without a freeze (fingers crossed) and I really don't know what to attribute it to since I made SO many tweaks in search of stability. I'll report back if / when it freezes again,

UPDATE 3
Decided to do a clean install of Windows 10.
Downloaded a copy of Windows 10 from Microsoft and downloaded a copy digital copy from an online retailer.
I created a install USB on the following USB flash drives:
SanDisk 3.1 USB
SanDisk 3.0 USB
SanDisk 2.0 USB
All three USB flash drives with both digital copies failed.
I also attempted to format the drive as GPT or MBR - still failed.
I also reset all of my BIOS\UEFI settings to manufacturer defaults.
Finally decided to download the Dell Windows 10 using the Dell OS Recovery Tool.
Created a USB install drive and it WORKED!!
Updated Windows 10 Pro
Installed Dell Command Update and installed all the updates.
Installed Chrome, Firefox, and Office 365 Suite.
I have Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Store all running.
I also have 2 videos on Youtube running at "4k" settings.
The computer is fairly warm to the touch on the top left rear of the screen.
But no freezing or lockups - been running for about 2hrs now.

Hey @oflo23 ,
How's the system holding up now after further testing?

Oh well, the freezing decided to return today. It "appeared" to begin after installing an x64 app, VMware Horizon, but who knows of that had anything to do with it. Wierd though that it went almost 2 full days without a hiccup and then boom, freezing every 20-30 minutes.

Ran all day with no issues. Spent half the day with several applications and YouTube videos running trying to get it to freeze. Nothing.
The other half I actually got some work done and had no problems.
Seems like the issue is fixed.
i actually have two Toshiba RC100 NVMe drives coming in a couple weeks. Going to put both of them in and run a RAID0 setup. I’ll follow up on a different post.
Good luck to everyone!!

It appears that my issues were resolved by replacing the motherboard. I've been enjoying freeze free usage for the last day now.

I have the same issue with my 7285 Tablet, it randomly freezes.
Diagnostic ran without errors, even the extended Memory Test.
Config: 256 SSD NVME Toshiba, 8GB Ram, Dell K17M Keyboard, Dell Stylus, Windows 10 x64,
All Drivers and Bios Up to Date, Windows 10 no missing Updates.
What can I do to fix this issue?
When I enter the Service Tag at Dell Homepage, there's no shippment Date, I bought it at ebay.

This issue was finally fixed for me by replacing the mainboard. The version of the mainboard I previously had in my 7285 had a known bug.
