15 R4, Alienware Mobile Connect

I currently have an Alienware 15 R4 with Mobile Connect installed (along with the most recent drivers). Whenever I try to connect, I receive an error denoting "The exception unknown software exception (0xe0434352) occurred in the application at location 0x00007FFF03FA9129".

I've uninstalled, reinstalled, run as administrator, restarted my pc after removing Bluetooth profiles. Frankly, I'm at wit's end. Has anyone found a solution?

UPDATE: I called support, and they were able to establish that my issue was a corrupted Bluetooth driver. Once it was fixed, the issue was resolved and the application works as expected. I'm very pleased with the results and attention to detail support provided. Cheers!
