BSOD Critical Process Died, then Windows deletes itself

I have a Latitude E6320 that I installed Windows 10 on in UEFI mode. I woke it from sleep and it froze, so I hard restarted it, and The SSD was formated, no partitions,  no nothing. I install Windows AGAIN, wake it from sleep and then it freezes, then Critical Process Died. Then back to the formatted SSD. I have never had anything like this, it's weird. I think it's more of Windows being a little **bleep** rather than the laptop itself. Any suggestions? And just to be clear, Windows isn't corrupt, or missing a bootloader, it just BSODs then wipes the drive.

To anyone having the same problem, it was the SSD. I installed it into a different computer and once the power supply stopped providing the SSD with power, it formatted itself again.

That does not sound like a Windows problem. I have never seen a BSOD and then the drive formats. First of all what is the critical error you are seeing? And have you ran an anti-virus check on the system? It is also possible that the SSD is failing. Have you run a system diagnostics yet? Restart the system and at the Dell splash screen start tapping F12. Run diagnostics with special attention to the SSD results.

Hi thanks, but I don't understand how to you solved the problem? Changing SSD or just formating it.
