XPS 15 9570, distorted audio after driver update
Hi all
Today after an update the sound has become distorted, many low frequencies are heard. Perhaps there is a problem of too high preamplification. I couldn't find the equalizer on windows 10, any ideas / suggestions? Thank you in advance

Uninstalling and reinstalling the Realtek driver resolved this issue for me.

Laptops rarely-if ever- need a driver update since the hardware remains the same and the drivers are customized by Dell for your exact motherboard. If you updated a driver on your own or used a 3rd party driver, try going back to your Dell driver. You drivers must come from Dell and are listed here in case you need to reinstall the drivers-- https://www.dell.com/support/home/yu/en/yubsdt1/product-support/product/xps-15-9570-laptop/drivers

EDIT: Your last audio driver Release Date: 23 May 2019.
So you may want to uninstall and reinstall again.

Dear Community,
I have the same issue with my 9570. As far as I can tell, sound is corrupted in all applications except for Microsoft ones. I.e. audio sounds fine in Groove and Edge but terrible in Adobe CC, iTunes, Firefox, etc. I believe the issue was not present before I did the recommended updates in Dell Update. There were 4 updates, possibly including the Realtek driver update, but I the BIOS update. Actually, I had to do that by downloading and installing it, as it wouldn't work through Dell Update.
Here is a link to my system information.
I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling the audio driver and see how it goes.
