What happens if I'm not around to sign for my delivery?
Due to the extremely far-away expected delivery for my order it will arrive shortly after I'm out of town. I will not return for several days. If I'm not there to sign for the package what will happen? Will I be able to acquire it when I get back, or will it get cancelled entirely?

Thank you for your message. Normally, system orders will need someone to be available to sign & collect the package.
Will there be no one at your address to sign on your behalf?
I have replied to your private message with an alternate option.
For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Dell-Sreejith R) & send a private message with the order number, registered name & email address.

I would like to know, with a delivery coming, what happens if I'm not around to sign for the order, I'd also like to know if I could request to be called by the delivery driver upon arrival. Thanks

Hello,
Ideally, the logistics will reattempt to deliver the package if there is nobody to sign for the order.
Could you please provide the order number via Private message, so that we can check this for you.
