Warranty/ownership transfer status
Good morning, Further to an ebay purchase I have sent an ownership transfer request on 29 July (as the laptop would not turn on upon [international] delivery). Not having received any receipt, and being unsure whether I indicated the city I live in the first request, I submitted another request on 31 July. It has been now 15 working days from the date of my first request and I would like to have clarity on the status in order to determine my next steps vis-à-vis the seller. Thanks in advance!

You cannot transfer the original standard one year warranty internationally if the ebay computer even has any warranty. So consider asking about returning the computer to the seller or complain to Ebay. Dell does not sell on Ebay. You should have received a working computer from the seller.
