Hello ANGALE,

In most cases you should be able to use the native windows drivers to find your tape drive.  Which HBA is your TL2000/ 4000 connected to?  Have you tried using the IBM driver package?  Here is a link to the IBM drivers. https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=t10n5&oscode=wst14&productcode=powervault-tl2000

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi ,

i download the library driver IBM_Driver_6268_T10N5_ZPE.exe , but there are only driver for win server R2012 r2 , win server 2016 and win server 2019.

My dell tl2000 is connected to a dell hba sas 6gb dell.

Furthe the system see the lto drive ,  but say hity need a further installations

"il dispositivo SCSI\Sequential&Ven_IBM&Prod_ULT3580-HH5\5&17e38b4f&0&000600 richiede un'ulteriore installazione"

So i try to use IBM LTFS and the system doesn't see that there is a drive connected

you need to run the non_enclusive.exe which should install the driver, but tape systems are not usually run on desktop O/S's so the you wont see a driver for Win10 and in most cases the default driver windows installs will work
