Consistent Coil Whine on New M15 R2 When Plugged In, Should I return?

I have had a new M15 R2 for about 6 days now and it has a constant coil whine when it is plugged in, it does not matter if I am doing light browsing or gaming it is always there. I can only hear it when the fans are on low, it did not bother me much until yesterday when I spent the whole day working on a PowerPoint in a quiet room and the constant high pitch noise drove me INSANE.

I am still within the Best Buy return window, is it worth exchanging the laptop or will I be stuck with this issue on every new M15? I have read the coil whine can break in after a while on a new laptop but I don't want to miss the return window and have to deal with Dell customer service.

If I change from the 180 watt adapter to a different one will it make a difference?
