Nortel switch configuration to Dell N30/48

I am trying to make sense and convert the config from an old Nortel switch to a Dell N30/48 switch. I can't translate certain parts of the configuration to dell (I can't find the commands for certain things after looking through the dell switch pdf command list)

Which features are you trying to move over? It is possible there are features we don’t have.

The nortel switch is almost 10 years old, so I think the features would be available on the new dell switch.

I am trying to now figure out why these switches are seeing the designated root as the root bridge.

I have a Dell N3048EP-ON switch, when i run show spanning i get the following output:

It makes no sense to me that the root bridge has a higher number priority then the dell switch but the dell switch still see's it as the root bridge. I checked the other Nortel switches in the network and they have a lower number priority then the root bridge as well.

I am a fairly noob when it comes to configuring switches but I thought the lower the priority number the higher the priority of the switch.

Can anyone explain?
