Intel Management Engine Components install fails

We tried reaching you on a private message but did not receive a response. Please feel free to write back whenever you are available.

SupportAssistant flagged 2 updates: 

- Intel Management Engine Components

- BIOS

The latest BIOS update was installed just fine. But the Intel update failed.

I tried downloading the package directly from the Dell site, but it doesn't install either.

Now when I look at the Installed programs, the Intel Management Engine Components are no longer listed.

(althought the install directoty is still there).

In the IntelME_MSI.log the following is mentioned:

Tried again today, but same result.

So it seems it has a problem installing "ME_App_x64.msi".

The link is returning a "404 not found". Are there any other links for the troubleshooter?

No idea. I have the tool on my laptop. Anyway I can get it to you?
