XPS 8930, Compatible RAM, #7
Hello I just purchased a 9th gen i7 8930 with 16GB of RAM. It has Samsung 2x8GB 2666 memory. I purchased new Samsung 2x16GB and when I replaced the existing memory the power button flashed 2,1 yellow and the PC will not boot. When the 2x8 is reinstalled the PC works fine. Suggestions?

What is the model of the Samsung 2x16GB RAM? Was there a tool, chart, etc. that indicated the Samsung 2x16GB RAM would be compatible?
