DCU 3.1 not checking for updates

DCU 3.1

After setting DCU to update weekly at any time and to automatically install updates DCU will not check for or install updates. We are looking to push DCU out to our 80 machines to take care of hardware updates rather than manually patching. Any help resolving this would be appreciated.
