2408WFP, blank screen, green power LED light on, fixed!

I have the Dell 2408WFP monitor. When I was cleaning the computer desk, I disconnected everything, and thought that I had it all hooked up properly again later on. But, when I plugged in the monitor, the green LED power light came on but was unresponsive, and the monitor screen was blank. It turns out that I had used the power cord from the desktop computer to power up the monitor. When I switched the power cords to the correct cord for the monitor, it began working well again. Just thought that I would pass along this experience, since I have seen some similar problems posted in the community forum for the 2408WFP monitor.
