@ArvidS no you can't. The WD15 relies on the connected system having a USB-C port that supports video output and system charging. The E7450 uses the older E-Port and E-Port Plus docking systems that connect to a system using a wide connector located on the underside of the system. There is no adapter between those two styles of connectors because they work in fundamentally different ways.
