Dell XPS 7390 2-in-1 audio bluetooth unstable

I just bought the 7390 2-in-1 version last week. Design is good but when I connect it with my Jabra Elite 65t bluetooth earphone then connection is cut down randomly 1s or 2s.

I also connected it with another bluetooth speaker but same problem.

I have updated latest driver version from Killer website (21.50.1.1) but nothing change.

Is that problem of this laptop model?

Beside that, fan is really noise. I running randomly without any heavy task (just 2 chrome tabs).

What's the purpose of this forum if your providing help privately instead of sharing it with other users?

I have exactly the same issue with my DELL Latitude 7390 2-in-1 and Plantronics Voyager 5200 Bluetooth headset.

If this question was answered in this thread on this public community support forum, perhaps I would have found the answer here in this thread quickly and easily, along with the other 4-5 users with the same problem.  But it seems the solution was provided in private.  I thought the purpose of community support forums was to share questions and answers so people can find solutions without support needing to answer every question individually. So... Could someone please private message me with the answer? Is that how it works here?

Same issue too. I need to restart everytime it happens.

I have the exact same problem over a year later.

My Dell XPS 7390 2-in-1 keeps dropping the connection with any Bluetooth Headset I try to connect to it (Jabra 35, Microsoft Surface Pro).

What is going on with Dell to be this bad at fixing SW problems with their products? This Laptop is out for two years and it cost a whopping 2000+€

I am kinda expecting a functioning Bluetooth for that kind of price. You can even expect this from a 300€ Laptop from a Grocery Discounter.

Dell Customer Support: Reach out to me and fix this problem, or the Laptop is going back within the warranty and you have to pay me my money back!

Did anyone ever come across a solve for this?  If I turn off my headphones (i.e. put them in the case) and then take them out again, I normally need to restart my laptop as the XPS just refuses to play sound again through the bluetooth in the same session without a restart.
