SE2219H, color or brightness change during process

hi

i don't know why but my monitor color or brightness change during i use software or somethings like that 

i have se2219h , i use pc , i am not  even sure this is my monitor or graphic card problem , i have asus 1660 ti

i use another tv instead of monitor and that was not happen , i almost try every thing and every option in control panel but none of them helped 

please help me ...
