Ordered cancelled and not informed

I ordered an alienware m15r2 on 9 march, received an internet receipt number. After 5 days i called the customer care to ask the status of my ordered and they told me that the order was cancelled due to technical issue. I'm extremely disappointed because I got the laptop on 14% discount and now i have to pay the full money.
