Inspiron 15-5568 Touchscreen doesn't scroll

Hi everyone,

Recently I have changed the hard disk on my laptop and I also erased it completely to reinstall Windows 10 from the beginning.

Everything went well, except the fact that I'm no longer able to use the touchscreen to scroll in an internet page or in any document. The touch works, but it's recognised as a 'left click' so instead of scrolling it select the text. Is not a very big problem but I really liked that feature since I only used the touchscreen to scroll and zoom on PDF documents.

I already tried many times to check if i lost some driver on the apposite tool on Dell website but nothing. I have them all. Also checked the settings, nothing found.
