Unknown warranty issue for new XPS

I purchased a Dell XPS from dell outlet store. Its showing unknown warranty and product is not getting added to my products in dell portal When I entered the service tag , the system says the service tag I entered is invalid. I am unable to contact the customer service executive to resolve this problem.
