Order status is confirmed but received the refund

Hi, I made a purchase at May 09. When I check my bank account yesterday it’s showing the money back to my account. But the web still showing the order is confirmed. I’m confused. Is this order go through? Anyone can explain to me?

i contact with an agent from dell support and made a cancellation request, cause i need to make a change to the order, you need cancel it first then re-purchase to order the New R11 Desktop.

We're users here so we can't help.  It takes time for the notices to catch up with actual status. Confirmation means they received the order. You should be receiving something in the next few days. If you don't hear anything- Contact Dell Orders. Offices are closed on weekends.

You could also check with your credit card/bank to see if the charge was declined on their end due to the size of the purchase, etc., they want consumer verification first.

I have basically the same thing going on. I placed an order a couple weeks ago and it was to be delivered by the 19th. Yesterday I got an email stating it has been delayed until the 29th and the money is back on my account. Hopefully I will get it and it's only delayed like they said but it's Dell so I'm not feeling very confident about it.
