Inspiron 15 7573, LCD issue, use 7559 LCD?

Hi,

Since 2 yrs I'm Dell Inspiron 15 7573 owner. Nowadays, I've seen problem with my LCD - I think that my LCD is broken. Unluckily warranty ended about 6 months ago, so I try to do it on my own. There is a big problem in my country with avaliblity of 4K touchable LCD for my laptop so I want to ask you if may I use instead LCD from Dell Inspiron 7559. It's also 4K with a touch screen and I think both are 40 pins. Will there be any problems or can I do it?
