Latitude e6430 Battery
Latitude e6430 battery indicator shows "25%, plugged in", but it's not charging or showing "plugged in, charging". I've shut down, removed, the battery, etc. This wasn't happening yesterday. Thoughts? NOVICE level...

That is a 6 yr old model. Have you ever replaced the battery? It needs to be replaced. It might be impossible to find a genuine Dell battery from Dell or Dell Parts. Try using the adapter alone after removing the battery. If that works use it as a desktop replacement until you can buy a new computer. Batteries on the internet marketplaces sold by private resellers are usually fakes or used and at the end of service.

Try this, Go to device manager > then click battery > then click Microsoft API battery complaint control method > right click it and uninstall it > then click scan for hardware changes on this pc...
This should solve your issue... @Shaft622
