NGTRiiAGE 27.3 Cannot process direcoty

Can you try copying one of the log files to a different directory and see if it will load from there?

I have a similar problem, only the version is fresh, NGTRiiAGE 27.5.0. Additionally, I can say that in the "Processing directory" every time a runlog.txt file is created, in which the following info:

NGTRiiAGE-partner (eng) REV: 27.5.0 BUILD DATE: 100421

'C: \ Program' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
'C: \ Program' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Any ideas?

Which vnx system do you have as well as what is the current OE on your system?

My case - Unity. I understand that the branch is somewhat wrong, but it's not about the array, but about a similar error. I tried different operating systems, different 32/64 bit, different installation folders - the error persists. And what is interesting - NGTRiiAGE-partner_27.2.0 works fine on the same systems. Imho, this is an obvious software bug.

350F, 380. But that doesn't matter either. I checked even with Unity VSA - the error persists.

I would double check and ensure that the path value for the installation directory for NGTRiiAGE is correct.

1.       Please run the command from the installation directory (i.e. D:\Program Files\EMC\symcli\bin) to see if it runs successfully.

2.       Check the path value in Windows. Type PATH at the command line, it will show the current path variables.

3.       Open a notepad and copy the PATH value to it.

4.       Add the installation directory (D:\Program Files\EMC\symcli\bin) to the path value and paste the value to the cmd. You should be able to run the command under any directory.

Ok, so it looks like the path of 'Program Files (x86)' wasn't properly escaped. Which results in

 'C: \ Program' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Though at the same time looks like path is hardcoded - i.e. no way to easily de-install and install with /DIR=   option

The directory either contains no SPcollects or service data files, or contains
files for more than one array or multiple files for one SP. NGTRiiAGE requires
that the directory contain either a single file or a matched pair (SPA and SPB)
from the same array. Metafiles that contain SPcollects or service data files
are subject to the same rules.
