Worst support experience

Literally give them information and they do nothing with it

they guy lied spelling his name and hes does not know what is macros and hes trying to help arrange a call back... makes me laugh

Names of all the support I went through that has no idea to fix a macro in alienware command center.... Hard reset my laptop 100 times and realize well snap idk how to fix this. Imma give you call back.

-There's more but they didn't give me all of them bc of stupid reason. Plus, i cant remember them all bc literally they are all foreign names that i can't even pronounce.... Honestly they could give out fake names

-Apparently The Manager Naveen who keeps sending back me back to Govind that doesn't know what a macro is!!! which is my issue.

If you get these people to help u on support call i wish u guys luck!! they have no idea what to do and just mess with ur laptop even more!

They literally hire foreign people that barely speak English and follow a piece of paper they read off; hoping it fix something. Literally, the be like "did u shut off ur laptop and turn it back on....."

Major update!

Lets' see if Aniketh S actually up keep his promise.... Literally says "1-2 days he lets me know if the macros may not be a feature in the alien command center for particular Dell G7 17 7790 gaming laptop!" Seriously okay well i be waiting just 2 days tops.....

Still not fixed.

I have warranty and my dude Govind  lies saying I don't even have warranty. Later, realizes oh wait you do have warranty and have the audacity to say "would you like to extend it!" And, looking at your comment! I'm like no  extending this! Just we got spread the word. They have no idea what they handling and I pretty sure have no degrees dealing with electronics, especially linguistic English.

These people from a foreign place where you can literally hear chickens outside. Why would they help you? They are literally on the other side of the Earth and not fitted  in criteria dealing with technical devices and speech (hire cheaply to speak about nonsense pertaining to your problem). Shoot I was lucky enough they actually have phones and internet, which they might contact you with. The signs were there, but I was desperately need of a resolution. However, they feed of your time and mess around with you over and over saying they can fix it just tell me your problem. But it's to late! You realize you been telling hundred times about the problem but never started working on a resolution. Shoot more problem occurs than actually fixes. The support helpers would lie and make up things a long the way. Worsening the situation, frustration arises, and the original problem ends up being not a major problem, because a bigger problem over rides it. I can do is post my experiences and hope that people just don't buy the products. So, they do not endure the pain, frustration, and time.  Because, these people that are hired to help, are not fitted for the job and was paid cheaply to work. They have no idea what they are doing. Literally, everyone here have difficult names to pronounce and have trouble speaking English. If they cannot solve their problem communicating, how are they gonna help you anyways. Shoot the blind cannot lead the blind. 

Here's all the individuals that said they help me and do a call back!! and my experiences with them

-Govind [Not fitted for the job, because my original problem is macros features and this man literally says what is a macro? Literally fits the quote the blind cannot lead the blind. Also, he tends to lie when he realized he's in a corner/pickle.]

-Shipra/Shilpa [Literally his name tends to change the spelling when ask whom I'm talking to.....]

-Ritaik [Decided to transfer the call to someone else]

-Denkatastya [Hard reset my laptop and then transfer when cannot fix]

-Imran [Transfer me when problem to big LOL]

-Rohin [First help and disconnect from his end]

-Diane [Told her about my problems and promised a call back 2pm EST. No call backs!! What's funny I actually heard chickens in the background and she was like let me mute myself there's chicken in the background] 

-Mike [Diane best friend in comes to in depth technical stuff but don't worry he has to leave, bc of reasons]

Lastly, Aniketh S who actually replied my forum post and private message me. However, he's literally inconsiderate while helping me. Saying he be helping the forum post of customer care and me at the same time. Shoot not enough employees typing away in this sad forum of customer care XD. I was like okay as long he fix the problem. Took his good time attempting about 30 minutes of nothing... And he finally said "I keep you posted in the forums 1-2 days." Well today my forum post is locked on read. So, I'm guessing he couldn't find a solution and it was easier for him to put me on read. Yikes! Well moral of the story it was not a happy ending....

-More people that supposedly helped, but I can't remember them all, because they are all foreign names that I can't spell or even pronounce.... Honestly, got lucky writing all the names when ask for helped! Helping is a overstatement.
