Powerconnect 7048 stack witch SFP+ module
I have 4 Powerconnect 7048 with SFP+ rear modules and the cables connected as in the official documentation, but I can't stack, always having the message Unassigned.
I did these steps:
en
conf
show switch stack-ports
stack
stack-port Tengigabitethernet X/1/1 stack
stack-port Tengigabitethernet X/1/2 stack
end
copy running-config startup-config
reload
How to make it work?
Thanks

Hi Kardeco,
Unfortunately, stacking is only supported on the CX-4 modules. Page 4 https://dell.to/3ufgqaT So you will need to use different modules from the SFP+ modules. Let us know if you have any additional questions.

The part number for the stacking module is RNDV3. The part number for long cables is 10XNR. The part number for short cables is HFT7J.

Thank you Josh.
Can you tell me the Part# of the CX4 and the cables (I need two short, and two long)?
Thanks
