Es Una GT 710 compatible con optiplex 755

Real 710  X16 should be fine.

X4 X8 models without all the pins might not work.

I've been looking and the GT 710 needs PCIe 2.0, and my optiplex 755 has PCIe 1.0, so is it okay to buy that?

hmmm any idea what graphics card to buy?

755 is not pci-e 1.0  its Q35 express PCI-E 2.1 8.00 GB/s

works fine with 2.x or 3.x cards.

EXCEPT cards wired X8 with missing pins for the X16 slot. 

2GD3H from MSI works.
