XPS 9310 2-in-1, fingerprint reader not working
As the title says: since the installation of last week's firmware update, the fingerprint reader has stopped working. A peek in the device manager shows an "unknown USB device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)".
Automatic driver update doesn't show anything. Where can I find the driver for manual installation? It's not shown on the dell drivers page for my laptop.

I have the same problem for a couple of months now, sometimes I uninstall the driver several times and then scan for changes and work for a couple of hours and then back error.

Same problem for the same xps 9310 2-in-1. I cannot even reinstall the Goodix Fingerprint sensor driver since the installer complains "there is no fingerprint device found"!
