So will I be able to use the dell modified 3000 series with my aurora r10? 
And will I be able to order the dell modified rtx 3080 from dell website?

Dunno, can you buy a liquid cooled 2080 from Dell to upgrade an R8? I suppose the answer would likely be similar.  

It's also important to have benchmarks, temperature and fan noise analysis of the oem 3080. Their 2080 ti version does not have a good cooling. Unfortunately I doubt they will do it.
