Recently talked with dell customer care: 080-2510-7901 regarding this issue on this 6 year old PC and they said that there is motherboard failure. Tech persons are so expert that they can tell easily that where exactly the issue is without a technical visit. I asked about the technical visit and they said the part is not available so can not book request. So I asked when it will be available? Surprisingly they said, it will never be available. Sorry, we can not help with this.

So if you have lots of money than you can buy NEW Alienware product every 4 to 5 years because they used to stop the manufacturing of that model.

In 60,000 INR i got only CPU+Keyboard+Mouse, I suggest better go with the assembled system so you can configure your own gaming system instead of wasting money on this type of product.
